Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Original artworks and custom prints may require additional handling time.
Shipping Times (USA)
- Standard: 5–8 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging Every piece is carefully packaged with premium materials to ensure safe delivery. Fine art prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes depending on size.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos at [jbacallie@gmail.com]. We will resolve the issue promptly.
