At Maison Du Silence, each piece is created with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of fine art and handmade works, all sales are final.

Original Artworks & Crystal Sculptures All original works are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each piece is unique and sold as described.

Fine Art Prints (The Studio) If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom Print Orders Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping Damages We package all works with premium materials to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of shipping damage, please document and contact us immediately.
