Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your art. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• To start a return, contact us at jbacallie@gmail.com with your order number.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
